We are hiring a "QA Manager (QMS & Compliance)."

Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 8+ Years (3+ Years MR)

Salary: Based on the last CTC

Gender: Male

Location: Sriperumbudur

Core Responsibilities:

1. Define, deploy, and monitor QMS processes across departments.

Coordinate with teams to design and implement QMS procedures.
1. Conduct training on ISO 9001/API Q1, product specifications, and

customer standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance awareness.
1. Maintain accurate QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, records) to demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001/API standards.
2. Manage the Quality Department, including budgeting, staffing decisions, and employee performance reviews.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders





(customers/suppliers) regarding quality issues or complaints.
1. Analyze quality data to drive process enhancements, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of quality.
2. Prepare and present data/improvement recommendations during

management review meetings.
1. Ensure the organization meets all customer and compliance requirements.

Note:

- The candidate must have experience working in an API setting.
- Lead Auditor Certification.
- Heavy Engineering/Oil & Gas Manufacturing Industry Experience.
- 3+ Years of Experience as a Management Representative.
