Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise residential building construction and Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) systems. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality documentation throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at the construction site.
- Conduct inspections for reinforcement, Mivan shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project specifications.
- Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections for concrete works.
- Coordinate concrete sampling, cube testing, material testing, and laboratory inspections.
- Identify non-conformities, prepare NCRs, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, checklists, test reports, and QA/QC documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved materials, construction methods, and quality standards.




- Conduct regular site quality audits and ensure adherence to applicable IS codes and project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise residential building construction.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement, concrete technology, and construction quality standards.
- Experience in site inspections, quality documentation, material testing, and handling NCRs.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
