Must have

Strong TypeScript, writing maintainable automation code.

Hands-on Playwright experience for UI, E2E, and API automation.

Strong API testing: REST, streaming (SSE), auth flows, schema validation, and negative cases.

Solid SQL (PostgreSQL) for validating data, transactions, and consistency.

Built framework utilities, fixtures, test data management, and reporting.

Integrated test suites into CI pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)

Must have AI & LLM:

Tested LLM-powered features: rubric-based and semantic assertions, LLM-as-judge, and handling non-determinism with repeated runs and thresholds.





Built golden datasets and run regression evals in CI with an eval tool (promptfoo or similar). Used AI to speed up test work (test generation, failure triage), with strong review discipline.

Expected Responsibilities

- Design and maintain UI, API, integration, database, and AI-evaluation suites.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows across the frontend, services, agents, and data.
- Choose the right test layer, and the right mix of deterministic tests and evals.
- Build and grow eval datasets with developers and domain experts. Integrate tests and eval gates into CI/CD, and report quality trends.
- Investigate failures across logs, traces, prompts, model responses, and infrastructure. Improve test reliability, speed, and maintainability
