Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a nutraceutical manufacturing company specializing in health supplements, sports nutrition, dietary supplements, private labeling, and customized formulations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Executive to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Summary The QA Executive will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance systems, maintaining quality documentation, conducting in-process quality checks, and ensuring compliance with applicable GMP, food safety, and FSSAI requirements in nutraceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and applicable quality standards.
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs).
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and maintenance of quality-related documents.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing, blending, filling, packing, and labeling operations.
- Verify raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products against approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations, food safety requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and implementing SOPs and other quality documentation.
- Monitor deviations, non-conformances, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control activities.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D;, Stores, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal audits,



external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
- Ensure proper handling of product complaints, quality incidents, and investigation records.
- Monitor line clearance, cleaning records, equipment hygiene, and manufacturing area cleanliness.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and traceability of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Support product stability documentation, validation activities, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech, or a relevant qualification in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- minimum -5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food supplement, or dietary supplement manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of GMP, SOPs, documentation practices, and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with FSSAI requirements and applicable food safety standards.
- Experience in batch record review, in-process checks, deviation handling, CAPA, and audit documentation.
- Solid attention to detail, documentation skills, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in nutraceutical or sports nutrition manufacturing will be preferred.
- Ability to identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
