About The Job:

- We are looking for 2 skilled Software Engineers/Developers with strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, along with practical exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
- The ideal candidate should have experience developing backend/data-driven applications, working with databases, containerizing applications, and supporting automated CI/CD processes.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and automation solutions using Python.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database operations.
- Work with relational databases and troubleshoot application/database performance issues.
- Build, package, and deploy applications using containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot application and deployment issues across development and production environments.
- Follow coding standards, version-control practices, and software development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Create and maintain relevant technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills

- 3–5 years of relevant software development/engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Strong proficiency in SQL,



including query writing, joins, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell commands.
- Hands-on experience or good practical knowledge of Docker/containerization.
- Experience working with CI/CD concepts and pipelines.
- Good understanding of Git/version control.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend application development.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently as well as within a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in an Agile development environment.
- Candidates who can demonstrate hands-on implementation experience,



rather than only theoretical knowledge of DevOps.
