We are looking for an experienced and organized Purchase Manager to manage purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely availability of required materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily purchasing activities and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Compare quotations and select suitable suppliers.
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases according to business requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Maintain purchase records and supplier details.
- Coordinate with different departments to meet business requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchase-related issues.




- Control purchasing costs and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Robust planning and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage suppliers and purchasing activities independently.
