Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of MS plates, HR coils, structural steel, pipes, tubes, purlins, bracing, fasteners, welding consumables, paints, and other fabrication materials.

- Handle project-wise and site-wise purchasing for civil construction, erection, installation, and other in office requirements.

- Coordinate with design, production, project managers, site engineers, and stores to ensure timely material availability.

- Identify vendors, negotiate prices, and secure competitive rates, quality materials, and favourable credit terms.

- Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records.

- Monitor material consumption, inventory, wastage, and purchase costs against project budgets.





- Develop reliable supplier relationships and ensure uninterrupted workshop production and site execution.

Candidate Requirements

- 3 - 7 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in PEB, steel fabrication, or industrial construction.

- Knowledge of steel materials, fabrication consumables, construction materials, and site procurement.

- Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost-control, and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, urgent site requirements, and delivery schedules.
