Role & responsibilities
Creation PR, PO,vendor follow up.
Vendor source identification- quotation negotiations
Purchase requisition process as per the threshold/ clip level.
Assisting requestors for PR creation, to submit PO cancellation request, adding line item in PO.
Making of purchase orders, RFQs, and purchase requests.
Proficient in Procurement process like Purchase order, goods receipt and invoice verification.
