Role Overview

We are looking for a Purchase & Inventory Manager with mandatory experience in electronics manufacturing to manage electronic component procurement, vendor relationships, inventory planning and material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of electronic components, PCBs, PCBAs, sensors, ICs, connectors, relays, displays and other manufacturing materials.
- Handle BOM-based material planning and ensure timely availability of components for production.
- Identify and develop suppliers, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory records, stock levels, GRNs, material traceability and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Monitor supplier delivery schedules,



material shortages, obsolete stock and inventory ageing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare procurement and inventory MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP/inventory management software and MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in purchase and inventory management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB/PCBA procurement and BOM-based purchasing.
- Experience in vendor development, negotiation, material planning and inventory control.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC; or a related field.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Background Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCB assembly, embedded electronics, IoT products, industrial electronics, smart home or building automation products.
