Job Responsibilities

- Manage procurement and purchasing activities for engineering materials, mechanical components, and other required items.

- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.

- Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for competitive rates.

- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, Stores, and Accounts departments.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability as per production requirements.

- Follow up with vendors regarding pending orders, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and other procurement documents.

- Inspect and verify materials against purchase orders and required specifications in coordination with the quality team.

- Handle vendor development and resolve purchase-related issues.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Candidates with experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
