Key Responsibilities

- Assist in vendor sourcing and supplier management.

- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations and deliveries.

- Conduct market research for sourcing materials.

- Support inventory and procurement activities.

- Compare quotations from different vendors and help shortlist the best on price, quality and delivery time.

- Follow up on purchase orders to make sure materials arrive on time and as ordered.

- Check goods received against purchase orders and invoices, and report shortages or damage.

- Maintain the vendor database with contact details, rates and performance.

- Track stock levels and raise purchase requests when stock runs low.

- Support payment processing by coordinating invoices and payment status with the accounts team.

- Prepare regular reports on purchases, costs and pending orders.

- Help negotiate prices,



payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.

What We're Looking For

- Good analytical and negotiation skills.

- Strong communication abilities.

- Knowledge of procurement processes is a plus.

- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and numbers.

- Positive time management and the ability to follow up consistently.

- Basic understanding of costing, inventory and supply chain.

- Interest in agriculture inputs and sourcing (a plus).

- Willingness to learn and work with vendors, warehouse and accounts teams.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in commerce, management, agriculture or a related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
