KD Ink Manufacturing Co. and Shri Tirupati Minerals are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely purchasing of materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, machinery spares, and other required items.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Maintain the vendor database and develop solid supplier relationships.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with store and production teams.
- Verify purchase invoices against GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.
- Prepare procurement-related MIS reports and support cost-control activities.

Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with a background in Supply Chain Management.

Experience Required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, or construction industries is preferred.

Required Skills
- Supplier negotiation and vendor management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP, BUSY, Tally, or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
