Role & responsibilities

- Handling end-to-end purchase activities - from requirement to delivery.
- Sourcing, evaluating, and developing new vendors/suppliers.
- Negotiating prices and finalizing deals for best quality & cost.
- Preparing Purchase Orders (PO), tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining stock levels and coordinating with Stores & Production Dept.
- Checking material quality as per specifications.
- Maintaining purchase records, bills, and vendor data in Excel / ERP.
- Market research for new products and cost-saving opportunities.

-Maintaining Purchase Records in Excel/Tally -New Vendor Sourcing & Development

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 3 to 4 Years as Purchase Executive / Officer
- Industry Preference: Must have worked in Textile Industry OR Industrial Safety / PPE Industry
- Knowledge of Safety Products & Fabrics will be an advantage.
- Strong Negotiation and Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email & Tally/ERP.
