Key Responsibilities

- Procure electrical materials, spares, consumables, and equipment as per organizational requirements.

- Source items such as motors, cables, MCC panels, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, PLC components, lighting systems, and electrical maintenance spares.

- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.

- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and finalize purchase orders.

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for electrical materials and services.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, and Stores departments for procurement planning.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production downtime.

- Monitor inventory levels of critical electrical spares and recommend replenishment.

- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
