Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, ensure timely availability of materials, and maintain proper purchase records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, stores, and accounts departments regarding material requirements and payments.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure materials are delivered as per the required schedule.
- Verify supplier invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and material tracking reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores department to avoid material shortages.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers.




- Handle local purchases and arrange material collection or delivery whenever required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Any degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and purchase documentation.
- Valuable negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of industrial materials, hardware, tools, and consumables is an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel locally for vendor visits, material collection, and purchase-related activities.
- Should have a two-wheeler for local travel, if required by the company.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, organized, and responsible individual who can ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely material availability, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal departments. Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
