Key Responsibilities

- Manage replenishment activities across 50+ retail stores to ensure optimal product availability.
- Analyze historical sales, demand trends, and seasonality to prepare store-wise and SKU-wise replenishment plans.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels across stores and warehouses while minimizing stock-outs and excess stock.
- Manage inter-store transfers, warehouse-to-store transfers, and stock redistribution based on demand and availability.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and ageing stock and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve disputes.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and minimize supply delays and stock shortages.
- Monitor stock levels, stock cover, and product availability across all stores.




- Prepare reports on replenishment, inventory levels, stock-outs, sales trends, and inventory performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising and retail operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Identify opportunities to improve replenishment efficiency, forecast accuracy, and inventory productivity.
- Track key supply chain KPIs, including forecast accuracy, stock availability, inventory turnover, and excess stock.

Qualification: Degree/diploma in supply chain management Experience: Min 2 years in the same role

Proficiency in Excel is a must.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
