Experience: 4–7 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate or B.Pharm. / B.Sc. / D.Pharm. preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement of pharmaceutical finished products primarily through third-party and loan-license manufacturers.
- Identify and develop suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for production planning, order status, delivery schedules, and dispatches.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, advance payment records, and procurement trackers.
- Follow up on packaging artwork approvals, printer proofs, product specifications, and batch details.
- Coordinate with QA and manufacturers for finished goods inspection, quality documentation, and product release.
- Coordinate with Sales, Export, QA, Accounts, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
- Monitor pending orders,



resolve supply-related issues, and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

- 4–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, purchase, or third-party manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of finished product sourcing, supplier management, and inventory control.
- Valuable negotiation, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
