Job Responsibilities:

- Procure PP granules, PP sheets, HDPE components, foam, fasteners, adhesives, consumables, and machinery spares.
- Coordinate material planning with Production, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Identify suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages.
- Coordinate with Quality for material rejections and supplier issues.
- Control purchasing costs and develop alternative suppliers.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payments with Accounts.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier data, and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.




- 25 years of purchase experience, preferably in plastics or packaging manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PP granules, PP sheets, HDPE materials, and manufacturing procurement.
- Positive negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
