Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Prosthetist & Orthotist who will be responsible for assessing patients, designing and fitting prosthetic and orthotic devices, and also building strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote our prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Assess patients with limb loss or physical disabilities.
Design, measure, and fit prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices.
Take measurements and casting for customized prostheses and orthoses.
Perform alignment, adjustments, and maintenance of devices.
Educate patients about usage, care, and rehabilitation exercises.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Business Development Responsibilities
Visit hospitals, doctors and rehabilitation centers to create awareness about prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
Build and maintain professional relationships with referring Authorities.
Promote the services and advanced prosthetic technologies offered by P&O; International Pvt.
Ltd..
Generate patient referrals through networking with medical professionals.
Attend medical camps, awareness programs, and healthcare events.
Support marketing and outreach activities to expand the company’s patient base.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Master's Degree
1-2 years of experience.
Good understanding of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for hospital visits and outreach programs.
Preferred Skills
Experience in all kinds of Prosthesis and Orthosis fitting
Knowledge of advanced prosthetic and orthotic technologies
Ability to interact confidently with doctors and medical professionals
