We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Scouting Executive to identify, evaluate, and source suitable properties based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have solid local market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in property sourcing and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and scout residential and commercial properties as per company requirements.
- Conduct property visits and evaluate location, pricing, and suitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Negotiate property prices, rental terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Research local real estate markets and identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain a database of available properties and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate property finalization and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in property scouting, real estate, property acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of local property markets and locations.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and site inspections.
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and real estate processes.
Preferred Candidate: A self-motivated professional with strong networking skills and the ability to identify suitable properties within defined budgets and timelines. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
