PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage day-to-day property operations, ensure excellent resident experience, and achieve occupancy and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the property.

- Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and resident onboarding.

- Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.

- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility services.

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.

- Drive occupancy, renewals, and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.

- Manage vendors and ensure timely service delivery.

- Track property expenses, inventory, and operational requirements.

- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.





- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality/Management background preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in Property Management, Student Housing, Co-Living, Hospitality, or Facility Management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable problem-solving and leadership abilities.

- Ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple operational activities.

- Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
