Job Summary

We are hiring Senior Analysts – Service Support Management with experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services
- Handle pre-renewal and post-renewal activities
- Participate in renewal review meetings with Producers, CSMs & Sales teams
- Support Client Service Managers and branch teams
- Monitor activities and ensure timely & accurate completion
- Handle queries and minimize rework
- Coordinate with branch and service center teams
- Identify opportunities for process transition/offshoring
- Act as a key point of contact for service support requirements





Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Insurance
- P&C; Insurance experience preferred/required
- Experience in Insurance Operations / Service Support
- Knowledge of Policy Servicing & Renewals
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong ownership, accountability & problem-solving skills
- Insurance certification will be an added advantage
