Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible Property Manager to oversee property operations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage tenant or owner inquiries, and ensure properties are maintained properly.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of assigned properties.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repair activities.
- Handle tenant, owner, and customer inquiries.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor rental payments, dues, and property-related expenses where applicable.




- Maintain property records, agreements, and documentation.
- Address complaints and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of properties.
- Prepare regular property status and operational reports.
