Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or Construction Management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, contractors, clients, and site teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project progress.
- Manage contractor performance, billing, and cost control.
- Ensure timely completion, snag closure, and client handover.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, MEP/HVAC, BOQ, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and client coordination skills.
- Solid problem-solving, negotiation, and project management abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
