We are looking for the Project Manager, he is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of Plant Projects. He serve as the central bridge between business goals, daily execution, team members, and external stakeholders and reports to Management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and build detailed timelines, schedules, and work on structures as per Management guidelines.

Budget & Resource Management: Allocate team members, equipment, and financial resources while tracking expenses to prevent budget overruns.

Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks, constraints, or supplier delays, and build risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Team Leadership: Assemble, guide,



and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and fostering transparent collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to clients and executives, manage expectations and prevent scope creep.

· Quality Control & Closure: Ensure work products meet industry standards, conduct post-project evaluations, and document "lessons learned"

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
