Role & responsibilities

Must have: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of RPA programs enhanced with AI/ML capabilities, with strong hands-on understanding of Python-based automation. The role will manage multiple automation workstreams, govern delivery across business and technology stakeholders, and ensure measurable outcomes (cycle-time reduction, quality improvements, and cost optimization).

Preferred Skills Must Have: Experience with AI/automation tooling such as Document Understanding, OCR engines, LLM-based workflows, prompt orchestration, or model hosting (as applicable).

Must Have: Experience integrating automations with enterprise systems via APIs, queues/messaging, and databases (SQL).

Must Have: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, release automation).

Must Have: Exposure to monitoring/observability for bots (dashboards, alerting, log analysis) and production support models.

Must Have: RPA CoE setup/operations experience (intake, prioritization, standards, security review).

Required Qualifications Must Have: 10+ years of experience in IT/digital delivery with at least 4+ years managing RPA/automation projects or programs.

Must Have: Proven track record delivering multiple automations in parallel (enterprise scale) with measurable benefits.

Must Have: Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and typical enterprise architectures.

Must Have: Working knowledge of Python for automation/integration (scripting, APIs, data processing)



and ability to effectively guide/coordinate technical teams.

Must Have: Experience delivering AI-assisted automation use cases such as OCR/document processing, classification/extraction, intelligent triage, or ML-driven decisioning.

Must Have: Strong project management skills (planning, estimation, risk management, vendor management) with ability to manage ambiguity.

Must Have: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery models; familiarity with SDLC, testing, release management, and ITIL concepts.

Must Have: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Must Have: Lead delivery of RPA and AI-powered automation initiatives from discovery through hypercare, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Must Have: Own program governance: project plans, RAID, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and steering committee updates.

Must Have: Drive process discovery and assessment workshops; partner with SMEs to identify automation opportunities and quantify advantages (business case/ROI).

Must Have: Manage end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirements,



solution design review, development oversight, testing strategy, deployment planning, and post-go-live support.

Must Have: Collaborate with RPA developers and data teams to integrate Python services, document understanding, and API integrations into automation workflows.

Must Have: Ensure quality and compliance: coding standards, secure credential handling, auditability, and adherence to Agile/SDLC/ALM processes.

Must Have: Coordinate across cross-functional teams Must Have: Define and track KPIs (bot success rate, exception rate, SLA adherence, savings realized, throughput) and drive continuous improvements.

Must Have: Oversee change management: user training, SOP updates, communications, and transition to support/operations.

Must Have: Contribute to RPA practices: reusable components, delivery playbooks, estimation models, and pipeline governance.
