Job Summary:iMerit is looking for an experienced Project Manager Medical AI to manage large-scale healthcare data projects involving medical data management, annotation, and AI/ML applications. The role involves leading a team of 40+ healthcare professionals, including BDS doctors, pharmacists, and nurses, while coordinating with US-based clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of healthcare data projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40+ healthcare professionals.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

- Develop project plans, track milestones, deliverables, productivity, and KPIs.

- Maintain effective client communication and stakeholder relationships.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.

- Ensure project quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to client requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- MBBS degree is mandatory.

- Relevant project management experience in healthcare services.

- Hands-on exposure to medical terminologies and ontologies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, and ICD-10.

- Experience managing large healthcare data teams is preferred.





Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of medical concepts, healthcare processes, and medical terminologies.

- Excellent communication and English comprehension skills.

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in computer applications and project management tools.

- Willingness to work night shifts (IST) to coordinate with US-based clients.

- Willingness to work full-time from the office.
