Mahabodhi Global Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage development projects focused on MSME growth, entrepreneurship, livelihood promotion, and financial inclusion, aligned with SIDBI's PDI initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

- Implement livelihood, entrepreneurship, and micro-enterprise development projects.
- Conduct field surveys, beneficiary identification, and needs assessments.
- Facilitate skill development, financial literacy, and bank credit linkages.
- Develop market linkages for rural entrepreneurs, SHGs, and artisans.
- Coordinate with government departments, banks, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare project proposals, MIS reports, progress reports, and impact assessments.
- Monitor project targets, beneficiary outcomes, and employment generation.





### Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in MSME development, livelihood projects, or entrepreneurship promotion.
- Good communication, reporting, coordination, and MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel for field implementation.

Preferred: Experience in government projects, CSR initiatives, financial inclusion, and rural development programmes. ### How to Apply
