Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a Healthcare Business Analyst / Consulting background to manage end-to-end projects and programs within the Healthcare and Insurance domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, business analysis, consulting and healthcare operations, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects/programs across the complete end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Align business objectives and strategic priorities with projects across different functions.
- Establish and manage the project/program governance framework.
- Prepare and present project progress, risks, issues and budgets to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business, operations and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Ensure effective communication between leadership, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional resources and project dependencies.
- Identify gaps,



redundant processes and opportunities for process improvement.
- Drive best practices across project management, governance and operational processes.
- Analyze business/project data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage customer relationships and support effective problem resolution.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of core Project Management / Consulting experience with end-to-end project lifecycle exposure.
- Strong experience in Healthcare / Health Insurance domain.
- Healthcare Business Analyst background.
- Experience in Consulting / Business Development along with Project Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent Project Management training.
- Strong Project Governance, Stakeholder Management and Project Planning experience.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Willingness to work in the 3:00 PM 12:00 AM shift.
