POSITION SUMMARY To support the Business Development Europe team by managing and monitoring in-licensing contract terminations and MA withdrawals, consolidating BD budget and Long-Range Plan activities, coordinating and managing the annual portfolio-selection exercise for Europe, coordinating CAPEX governance for BD, supporting the Head of BD/In-Licensing with scouting for M&A; and strategic in-licensing opportunities, coordinating due diligence and business-case consolidation, coordinating regulatory and commercial activities (including trade-dress checks), and tracking progress across in-house projects. This is not primarily a client-facing BD role.

OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Europe Business Portfolio Management

- Manage the annual Europe Portfolio selection exercise
- Manage Europe CAPEX portfolio.
- Maintain BD dossier list,
- Manage RA withdrawal contract termination process.
- Manage trade name and trade dress evaluations.
- Maintain portfolio trackers and dashboards.

Business Development Scouting

- Analyse tail-end Big Pharma brands using IQVIA/IMS data.
- Conduct initial evaluation scouting and initial partner engagement for M&A; opportunities
- Prepare and consolidate business cases and power point presentations for M&A; projects
- Support Scout for distribution opportunities before handover to IL team.

Business Development & Strategic Projects

- Manage due diligence for M&A; and strategic in-licensing opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional evaluations and consolidate business cases.
- Support commercial, technical and regulatory assessments.





Reporting & Governance

- Compile, Consolidate and coordinate the LRP data on current projects with finance and Launch.
- Prepare MIS, leadership presentations and project trackers.
- Provide governance updates and risk reporting to senior management

European Development Project Management

- Evaluate IH project plans and manage timelines, risks and resources.
- Coordinate R&D;, Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA, Clinical and Commercial teams.
- Ensure on-time EB execution, Pilot batches, Pivotal studies and Dossier submission.
- Ensure complete handover of the projects to Launch team with alignment with the Projects team

Education

M.Pharm

Experience

- 6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in European generic formulation development and project management.
- Exposure to Business Development, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management or In-Licensing preferred.
