As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects while coordinating with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects from initiation to completion.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively.

- Manage resources, priorities, and project schedules effectively.

- Communicate project updates, risks, and status reports to stakeholders.

- Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and progress reviews.

- Ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Manage client expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and team productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development or IT company.

- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing web applications, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM solutions, or AI-powered products.

- Scrum Master or PMP certification is an advantage.

- Experience working directly with clients and technical teams.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
