Role : Project Manager – PMC

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage PMC activities for Civil Construction, Interior Fit-outs and MEP Works from planning to project completion.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines to ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
- Supervise and control contractors, consultants and site teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical submissions and work progress, ensuring proper coordination among all disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with the client and stakeholders, resolve technical and execution-related issues,



and submit regular progress reports.

Candidate Profile

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in large-scale construction, interior fit-outs and MEP projects, preferably in a PMC role.
- Strong technical expertise in Civil, Interior and MEP works, with proven leadership, project coordination and contractor management skills.
- Ability to independently drive project execution and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
