Preferred Candidate Profile

- Civil Engineering Graduate (Preferred)

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate/construction project management

- Experience handling residential and commercial real estate projects

- Solid understanding of construction processes, project planning, and site coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project management for ongoing and upcoming construction projects

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution





- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction and safety standards

- Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports

- Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations

- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management

- Ensure statutory approvals, documentation, and regulatory compliance are maintained

- Identify project risks and delays and implement corrective measures
