Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee end-to-end project management for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure delivery as per planned schedules.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards and safety regulations.

- Review drawings, BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports.

- Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

- Ensure statutory approvals, documentation, and regulatory compliance are maintained.

- Identify potential project risks and delays and implement corrective measures.

Job Requirements :

- Civil Engineering Graduate (preferred).

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate / construction project management.

- Experience handling residential / commercial real estate projects.

- Solid understanding of construction processes, project planning, and site coordination.
