Position: Project Head – Interior

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end interior projects from planning to completion. Plan and monitor project schedule, manpower, materials and budget. Supervise site teams, contractors, vendors and subcontractors.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and internal teams.

Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, quality and timelines.

Manage interior works including carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical and finishing.(MANDATORY)

Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports.

Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

- Ensure proper safety,



quality and housekeeping at project sites.

Requirements

4–10 years of relevant experience in Interior Project Management. Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works. Valuable leadership, client handling and contractor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and teams simultaneously.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and project documentation.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / relevant qualification preferred.

- Willingness to travel/relocate to project sites.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
