Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.

- Handle project execution, budgeting, estimation, billing, and cost control.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.

- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, safety, and progress.

- Manage manpower, materials, procurement, and subcontractors.

- Review drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project reports.

- Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets.

- Resolve site issues and provide regular project updates to management.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

- 1015 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs and civil projects.

- Solid leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.
