? We're Hiring: Senior Project leader – Structural Steel Detailing

? Location: Pune

? Experience: 15+ Years

? Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

We are looking for an experienced project management leader to oversee a portfolio of Structural Steel Detailing projects, drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and mentor project management teams. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent delivery performance across multiple projects while managing schedules, budgets, resources, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead multiple Structural Steel Detailing projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, scope, and budget adherence.

? Mentor and develop Project Managers, Team Leaders, and project teams.

? Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.

? Monitor project performance, productivity, financial health, and resource utilization.

? Build strong client relationships and act as a senior point of contact for key stakeholders.

? Collaborate with Technical Managers to ensure technical consistency, BIM coordination, and constructability.

? Identify and resolve project risks, escalations, and delivery challenges.

? Lead project reviews, financial reviews, and portfolio performance discussions.

? Drive standardized project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.





? Support strategic business pursuits, proposals, client presentations, and workforce planning.

? Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing project management culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ 16+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing, VDC, or BIM.

✅ Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading project management teams.

✅ Strong expertise in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

✅ Expert knowledge of Tekla Structures and structural steel detailing workflows.

✅ Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

✅ Robust understanding of fabrication, constructability, and BIM coordination.

✅ Knowledge of AISC, NISD, AWS, ASTM, and applicable construction standards.

✅ Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and performance reporting.

✅ Exposure to Design Assist, Design-Build, or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects.

✅ Experience managing geographically distributed teams.

✅ PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
