Mithila Softech is looking for an experienced Project & Financial Systems Manager to handle project operations, financial reporting, grant management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Maintain financial records, budgets, and reports.
- Handle grant documentation, approvals, and compliance.
- Prepare Excel reports and dashboards.
- Maintain project documents using SharePoint.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely reporting and project completion.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite Project Pro, Sage Intacct, and Fluxx.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong financial reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
