RDINATOR – TECHNICAL & VOCATIONAL TRAINING

Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand | Experience: Minimum 5 Years | Full-Time

We are seeking a technically competent, experienced and result-oriented Project Coordinator to lead the field-level implementation and coordination of Technical & Vocational Training projects across Uttarakhand.

The position requires a skilled with strong experience in Skill Development Projects, Technical & Vocational Training, project operations, centre management, team coordination, industry engagement and target-based project delivery.

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the complete training-to-employment lifecycle:

Mobilisation → Counselling → Enrolment → Training → Practical Exposure → Assessment → Certification → Placement → Post-Placement Tracking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of Technical & Vocational Training projects across assigned locations.
- To Achivement of Center wise training targets and milestones
- Manage and monitor training centres, ITIs, trainers and field teams.
- Plan and monitor mobilisation, counselling and enrolment against defined targets.
- Ensure quality training delivery, practical exposure, attendance and trainer performance.
- Coordinate assessment, certification and placement activities.
- Develop and maintain linkages with ITIs, industries, employers, institutions and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate industry visits, expert sessions and practical exposure for trainees.
- Monitor availability and utilisation of training tools, equipment, consumables and safety resources.
- Conduct regular field visits and review centre-level operations and performance.
- Maintain project MIS, documentation and management reports.
- Monitor Target vs. Achievement and identify gaps across mobilisation, enrolment, training,



assessment, certification and placement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to improve project performance.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

TECHNICAL PROJECT AREAS The projects may cover technical and emerging skill areas including:

Automobile Repair & Maintenance | Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology | EV Charging & Maintenance | Electrical & Electronics | IoT | Robotics & Robotic Arms | Welding & Fabrication | Mechatronics | Industrial Automation | Other Emerging Technical Skills

EDUCATIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Minimum Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in a relevant technical discipline, preferably:

- Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics/ Robotics / Industrial Automation /EV / Electric Vehicle Technology
- or other closely related engineering disciplines.

Candidates with equivalent technical qualifications and strong relevant experience may also be considered.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in:

- Skill Development Projects
- Technical & Vocational Training
- Government Skill Development Programmes
- ITI / Technical Education Projects
- CSR-funded Skill Development Projects
- Training Centre Operations
- Technical Project Management
- Industry-linked training programmes
- Multi-location Skill Development Projects





Candidates with demonstrated experience in managing multiple training centres, field teams and end-to-end training projects will be strongly preferred.

FIELD & TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

This is a field-intensive position. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively across Uttarakhand for centre monitoring, project reviews, institutional coordination, industry engagement, mobilisation activities and other project requirements.

IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech/M.Tech professional with minimum 5 years of experience in Skill Development or Technical Training Projects, capable of combining technical knowledge with strong project execution and field-management skills.

The candidate should be able to take ownership of the complete project cycle and drive measurable outcomes across:

Mobilisation → Enrolment → Training Quality → Assessment → Certification → Placement → Post-Placement Tracking

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
