Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to establish and manage the central Command Centre for a large-scale, multi-district project across Maharashtra. The role will involve monitoring project implementation, coordinating with operational teams, consolidating reports and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage the central project monitoring and reporting system.
- Coordinate with the Zoom Outreach Head, Canter Activation Head and other functional heads.
- Supervise six Divisional Managers covering the six administrative divisions of Maharashtra.
- Ensure daily collection, verification and consolidation of division-wise progress reports.
- Monitor targets, timelines, manpower deployment, field activities and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a central dashboard covering progress, pending activities, risks and corrective actions.
- Ensure that instructions and approvals are communicated to the appropriate teams.
- Track unresolved issues and ensure timely escalation to senior management.




- Standardise reporting formats, review meetings and operating procedures.
- Prepare daily project summaries and management reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification or project management training preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in project operations or programme management.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating large teams across multiple locations.
- Solid capabilities in MIS, Excel, dashboards, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Experience with large-scale government, social-sector, outreach, field operations or multi-location implementation projects will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A structured, hands-on operations professional who can bring discipline, accountability and visibility to a complex project involving several teams and locations. Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
