Job Summary:

Telenova Networks Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and responsible Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise multiple project sites simultaneously
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates
- Handle site inspections, quality checks, and safety compliance
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Support billing,



BOQ verification, and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project specifications

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical / Electronics or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project execution (ELV/IT/Construction preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple sites and teams
- Solid leadership and coordination skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Excel is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
