Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Management

- Manage end-to-end software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring structured, iterative, and value-driven delivery.
- Plan and coordinate project activities, sprint timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and deliverables.
- Conduct and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives with development and QA teams.
- Work closely with VP’s, Technical Managers, Developers, QA teams, Business Analysts, and other internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor sprint and project progress continuously; ensure timely completion of all planned deliverables.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and delays; escalate them through the appropriate escalation path with recommended resolution actions.
- Track and govern project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change requests throughout the delivery cycle.

Product / Software Implementation

- Lead software and product implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live.
- Understand client business processes and workflows; map them accurately to the product or solution being implemented.
- Coordinate product configuration, customization, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities with the technical team.
- Prepare and maintain detailed implementation plans, project trackers, configuration checklists, and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with technical teams to identify, track, and resolve implementation-related issues and technical blockers.
- Ensure proper client handover, including training coordination,



documentation, and post-implementation support transition.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project and implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct structured requirement-gathering and clarification sessions with clients and business stakeholders.
- Translate client business requirements into clear, complete, and unambiguous functional requirements for technical and QA teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and management; provide transparent, structured progress updates and risk communications.
- Manage client expectations proactively, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high levels of client confidence.
- Obtain all necessary client approvals, formal sign-offs, UAT confirmations, and go-live authorizations.

AI & Digital Productivity

- Demonstrate practical, hands-on experience using AI tools to improve project management, implementation, and delivery outcomes.
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or equivalent) for activities including requirement analysis, documentation drafting, meeting summarization, project reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay updated with emerging AI productivity tools and proactively identify opportunities to automate and improve project and implementation processes.
- Share AI-enabled best practices with the team to enhance collective delivery productivity.

Experience Required 6+ years in IT Project Management, Product / Software Implementation

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
