Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination between clients, management, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and other project teams.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, status reports, and documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding assigned tasks.
- Identify delays, dependencies, and risks and escalate them to the Project Manager/Management.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly project status reports.
- Schedule project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and MOMs.
- Track action items and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with clients for requirements, clarifications, updates, and feedback.
- Assist in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Maintain project-related documents, requirements, change requests, and approvals.
- Support project managers in resource planning and task allocation.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and agreed deliverables.
- Assist with UAT coordination, deployment activities, and project closure.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Project Management / PMO.




- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have
- Experience in IT/software product development.
- Basic understanding of software testing and QA processes.
- Experience in client coordination.
- Knowledge of project dashboards and reporting.
- Experience with Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP / Scrum certification will be an added advantage.

Salary Depending on experience and skills.
