We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Coordinator to manage, implement and expand skill development projects across Uttar Pradesh.

The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of skill development projects, including management of 20+ new centres, development of recent centres, identification and management of infrastructure partners, centre onboarding, mobilization, training, assessment, placement, MIS, compliance and stakeholder coordination.

The position requires strong field exposure, operational ownership, partnership-building skills and willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in skill development, vocational training, CSR projects, education, livelihood or field operations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple skill development/training centres.
- Ability to manage and coordinate 20+ centres simultaneously.
- Experience in end-to-end project operations and implementation.
- Experience in identifying and establishing new training centres.
- Strong network and experience in developing centre/infrastructure partnerships.
- Good understanding of mobilization, counselling, enrolment, training, assessment, certification and placement processes.
- Strong field management and team coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MIS, Excel, reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel across Uttar Pradesh.
- Hindi communication is essential; working knowledge of English is preferred.

Key Performance Areas / Roles & Responsibilities –

- End-to-End Project Operations: Manage complete skill development project operations from mobilization to placement and post-placement tracking.
- 20+ Centre Management: Monitor and coordinate operations, targets, quality and compliance of 20+ centres across Uttar Pradesh.
- New Centre Development: Identify locations and establish new skill development centres as per project requirements.
- Infrastructure Partnerships: Identify, evaluate and develop partnerships with existing training centres, ITIs, institutions and infrastructure providers.
- Project Target Management: Ensure timely achievement of enrolment, training, assessment, certification and placement targets.
- Field Operations: Conduct regular centre visits, audits and performance reviews across Uttar Pradesh.
- Team Management: Coordinate Centre Heads, Trainers, Mobilizers and other project staff.
- Training & Quality: Ensure training delivery, attendance, practical exposure, industry engagement and quality standards.
- Assessment & Placement: Coordinate assessments, certification, employer linkages, placements and post-placement tracking.
- MIS & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely centre-wise MIS, dashboards, documentation and management reports.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with government departments, CSR partners, training partners and infrastructure partners.
- Project Expansion: Identify new districts, locations and partnership opportunities to expand the organization's skill development network.
- Corrective Action & Performance Improvement: Identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective measures to improve project performance.
- Extensive Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh for project monitoring, centre development and partner engagement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
