About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Coordinator – Skill Development to manage, implement and expand skill development projects across Maharashtra.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project operations, management of 10+ skill development centres, development of new centres, identification of suitable infrastructure partners, centre onboarding, mobilization, training, assessment, placement, MIS, compliance and stakeholder coordination.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of assigned skill development projects.
- Manage and monitor 10+ existing training/skill development centres across Maharashtra.
- Identify suitable locations and develop new skill development centres.
- Identify and onboard Infrastructure Partners having suitable classrooms, labs, workshops and training facilities.
- Develop partnerships with existing training centres, ITIs, educational institutions, NGOs, private institutions and other organizations.
- Conduct site visits and assess infrastructure and operational feasibility of proposed centres.
- Coordinate complete centre setup and operationalization.
- Ensure achievement of centre-wise mobilization, enrolment, training, assessment, certification and placement targets.
- Monitor training quality, attendance, infrastructure, trainer performance and learner engagement.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads, Trainers, Mobilizers and other project teams.
- Conduct regular field visits, centre inspections and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with project SOPs, documentation and quality standards.
- Monitor assessment, certification, placement and post-placement tracking.
- Develop employer and industry linkages wherever required.




- Review daily, weekly and monthly MIS and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Manage relationships with project partners, infrastructure partners, government departments and other stakeholders.
- Identify new districts and locations for project expansion.
- Develop a pipeline of new centres and potential institutional/infrastructure partners.
- Support senior management in project planning, expansion and implementation.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Skill Development / Vocational Training / CSR / Education / Livelihood Projects.
- Experience managing multiple training or skill development centres.
- Ability to manage or development new 10+ centres/projects simultaneously.
- Experience in new centre development and centre operationalization.
- Strong experience in identifying and managing Infrastructure/Training Centre Partners.
- Good understanding of mobilization, enrolment, training, assessment, certification and placement.
- Strong field operations and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of MIS, Excel, reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
