We are looking for experienced Program Managers with a strong technical foundation in Java and Microservices, along with proven experience managing large-scale banking technology programs.
? Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology programs for banking clients, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Oversee application development, deployment, maintenance, monitoring and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Manage large teams across onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Drive program governance, project reviews, risk management, quality processes and SLA adherence.
- Oversee program financials, P&L;, estimation, cost control and effort management.
- Manage T&M; and Fixed-Price engagements.
- Conduct governance meetings, review business journeys and track delivery metrics.
? Mandatory Requirements ✅ 13–20 years of overall experience.
✅ Strong Banking domain experience, preferably with PSU banks through IT services organizations.
✅ Strong technical foundation in Java, J2EE, Spring, Microservices, Oracle and application architecture.
✅ Career progression from Java Developer to Technical/Solution Architect and subsequently into Program Management.
✅ Experience managing large teams and complex banking technology programs.
✅ Solid understanding of program governance, P&L;, estimation, risk management and quality processes.
✅ Exposure to NPA, Loan, Retail, Corporate or Digital Banking.
✅ Experience handling T&M; and Fixed-Price projects.
✅ IT Service Delivery experience is mandatory.
