We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented professional to join our Hyderabad team as a Program Implementation Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fieldwork, stakeholder coordination, and supporting the effective implementation of development-focused initiatives.

Role Overview The selected candidate will be based in Hyderabad and will undergo structured online training on the organization's digital platform, operational workflows, and project implementation processes. Following the training, the candidate will primarily work from the office and undertake field visits across Hyderabad and nearby areas as required.

The role involves supporting Special Educators (SEs), coordinating field-level activities, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and effective implementation of project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits across Hyderabad and nearby areas to monitor and support project implementation.
- Learn and effectively use the organization's digital platform, applications, and operational tools.
- Train and guide Special Educators (SEs) on platform usage, workflows, and reporting procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with SEs and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Address day-to-day operational challenges through timely follow-ups and practical problem-solving.
- Monitor project activities and ensure milestones are achieved within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, field activity records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support seamless project execution and reporting.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, educators,



and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization professionally during field visits, meetings, and stakeholder interactions.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in field coordination, operations, project implementation, or stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Telugu.
- Proficient in using a laptop, basic digital tools, and online applications for daily work.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler and be comfortable using it for local travel.
- Must own a laptop and smartphone and have access to a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and travel as required for project activities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
