Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Professor/Associate Professor /Assistant Professor role based at IcfaiTech, ICFAI University, Jaipur in the department of CSE, IoT and other related fields . The role involves planning and delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in relevant disciplines.

Responsibilities include designing and updating course curricula, evaluating student performance, mentoring learners, and supporting academic advising and projects. Faculty members are expected to conduct research, publish in reputable journals and conferences, participate in departmental and university committees, and contribute to accreditation and quality assurance activities. The role also includes engaging with industry,



organizing academic events, and supporting outreach and student development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines (e.g., Master’s degree or Ph.D. in CSE, IT, Data Science, AI, Mechatronics, Cyber Security, or allied fields).
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the institute’s program areas, such as Data Science & AI, Mechatronics, AI & IoT, Cyber Security, or advanced computing and software engineering.
- Experience in teaching at the university level, including course planning, classroom delivery, student assessment, and use of modern pedagogical and learning technologies.
- Research experience evidenced by publications, conference presentations, or active research projects; ability to guide student projects and supervise dissertations or theses.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment and contribute to departmental and institutional development.
- Familiarity with outcome-based education, curriculum development, and accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior industry exposure, consultancy, or collaboration with research and development organizations will be considered beneficial.
