Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities on rubber moulding machines, including compression, injection, and transfer moulding.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and delivery schedule.

- Monitor machine settings, mould temperature, pressure, curing time, and cycle time.

- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator performance.

- Ensure the quality of rubber components through regular inspection and coordination with the Quality Department.

- Identify and reduce production defects, material wastage, rejection rates, and downtime.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure proper handling of rubber compounds, raw materials, moulds, and finished products.

- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and shift handover records.

- Follow 5S, workplace safety, SOPs, and other manufacturing quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
