Queens Bay International manufactures and exports pre-rolled cones, rolling paper booklets, filters, and customized paper packaging products for international B2B customers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor with experience in the paper printing, paper packaging, or similar manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, supervising 50–200 employees, maintaining productivity, controlling wastage, and ensuring smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

- Plan and monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Supervise production activities involving manual assembly, folding, gum application, finishing, and packaging.
- Monitor output, productivity, and production efficiency across the assigned lines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.

2. Manpower and Team Management

- Allocate daily duties and manpower according to production requirements.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, absenteeism, and manpower shortages without disrupting production.
- Motivate employees, especially piece-rate workers, to improve productivity and achieve daily targets.
- Identify low-performing workers, understand the reasons for low output, and guide them to improve performance.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork,



and a productive working workplace.

3. Production and Wastage Control

- Monitor total production, first-quality pieces, rejected pieces, and wastage.
- Take corrective action to minimize material wastage and production losses.
- Identify reasons for low production and recurring operational problems.
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials, manpower, and production resources.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team to maintain product quality.

4. Paper Printing and Packaging Knowledge

- Understand paper printing, paper packaging, folding, pasting, gum application, finishing, and manual assembly processes.
- Ensure production follows approved samples, product specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify production-related defects and coordinate with the QC team to resolve them.

5. Records and Reporting

- Maintain daily production registers, attendance records, manpower records, and wastage reports.
- Record employee-wise or line-wise production, including piece-rate output wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily reports covering production, manpower, absenteeism, wastage, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports to management on time.

6. Factory Floor Management





- Ensure smooth workflow across production lines and proper utilization of available manpower.
- Coordinate with Stores for raw material availability and with QC for quality clearance.
- Maintain workplace discipline, safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
- Ensure employees follow company procedures and production instructions.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing unit.
- Experience in the paper printing, paper packaging, paper products, or converting industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage a large workforce of 50–200 employees.
- Good understanding of production planning, manpower allocation, and productivity improvement.
- Practical knowledge of piece-rate production, wastage control, and output monitoring.
- Ability to maintain production registers, attendance records, and daily reports.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Positive Hindi communication skills.
- Candidates from Ghaziabad, Noida, and nearby areas will be preferred.
